Do I need a professional lighting designer?
We offer a free lighting consultation to help you decide if you want to move forward with a professional lighting design package. During the consultation we'll discuss all of the rooms in your house and talk about your ideas. We will look at our extensive catalog that includes various styles, layouts, and layering options to help you find something you like that fits your budget.

- Discuss dimming and smart home options.
- Discuss shade options.
- Cutsheets and/or spec sheets via email.
- Timely communication to responsible party.
- Optional jobsite visit to confirm order selections.

Semi-Custom Lighting Design
$500 FLAT FEE (NON REFUNDABLE)
You want some of the best in lighting but are concerned about budget and do not want to be designed out of it.
- Experience Room demo.
- Review plan details with IM making minor redlines to existing plan.
- Red lines to customer provided cabinet drawings.
- Professional lighting, AV and shade selection meeting(s).
- Discuss dimming and smart home options.
- Discuss shade options.
- Cutsheets and/or spec sheets provided via email.
- Fixture placement and scale suggestions.
- Presence at the electrical walk with guideance on product and placement.
- 1 Red line revision to lighting plan after electrical walkthrough.
- Follow up jobsite visit to confirm order selections at time of order.
- Timely communication with group emails to include all parties.
- Meet or beat internet pricing guarantee.
Full Custom Lighting Design

You want more than the neighbor next door. You have ideas and want to make them happen. You demand great lighting for spaces, art, and want to reflect your tastes and personality throughout every square foot of your home.

- Call outs for additional details such as landscape outlets, soffit outlets, TV outlets, etc.
- Red lines to customer provided cabinet drawings.
- Fixture placement suggestions.
- Professional lighting, AV and shade selection meeting(s).
- All selections to meet building and electrical code.
- Discuss dimming and smart home options.
- Discuss shade options.
- Jobsite binder for electrician with floor plan, cabinet drawings, cutsheet and spec sheets.
- Presence at the electrical walk with guideance on product and placement.
- Unlimited Red line revisions to design plan after electrical walkthrough and until electrical pre-wire is complete.
- After wiring jobsite visit to confirm order selections at time of order.
- After product delivery, jobsite visit to answer any questions for the electrician and builder.
