Terms and Conditions

For rebate eligibility, an order must be placed with your participating Hunter Douglas Dealer for qualifying Hunter Douglas window fashions from January 18–March 31, 2025. Purchaser must complete and sign the rebate form and submit it along with the original detailed dealer purchase receipt by mail to the address on this form. Proposals and/or estimates do not qualify as a valid purchase receipt. The term “purchaser,” as used herein, means the person that purchases the product(s) for installation in their home or residence. Rebates are non-transferable. Hunter Douglas dealers, designers, decorators, and/or each of their respective employees, contractors and, family members, and/or any other person or entity that purchases the product(s) for resale do not qualify for this rebate offer. The purchaser must follow all instructions on this rebate form. Only ONE rebate form may be submitted per household for redemption. Duplicate submissions will not be acknowledged or returned. All submissions must be postmarked by April 30, 2025. Tampering with, altering, or falsifying purchase information concerning this rebate offer constitutes fraud. All fraudulent submissions will automatically be deemed ineligible and may result in prosecution under state and/or federal laws. All decisions made by Hunter Douglas relating to the validity of any submissions are final and binding. This rebate offer is valid only in the US and void where restricted or otherwise prohibited by law. This rebate offer is subject to all federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Hunter Douglas reserves the right to modify or discontinue this rebate offer at anytime for any reason. Fax, phone, email, or other forms of submissions are not accepted. No cash rebates. No postage-due requests. Mail-in rebates will be issued as an American Express® Virtual Reward Card. Subject to applicable law, a $3.00 monthly fee will be assessed against card balance 12 months after card issuance and each month thereafter. If a replacement Reward Card is sent, service fees will be deducted from the card 12 months from the date your original card was issued. How The Tax Credit Works

1. Purchase Qualifying Products

To be eligible for the tax credit, purchase and have your qualifying products installed between January 1 and December 31 of the applicable tax year.

For a list of qualifying products, please see the applicable Qualifying Product Document below. The Qualifying Product Document is amended from time to time; be sure to consult the Qualifying Product Document that was in effect on your purchase date.

2. Save Your Invoice

Save your original purchase invoice and/or proof of payment for the amount paid for the qualifying Hunter Douglas products. (Measuring and installation charges are not eligible for this tax credit.)

3. Print Out Your Certificate and Meet With Your Tax Professional

Download the applicable Hunter Douglas Manufacturer’s Certificate Statement (see below) based on your purchase date. Print out the certificate and take it, along with your sales invoice and/or proof of payment, to your tax professional when filing your tax returns.
